- Year of experience: up to 1yr.

- Qualification: - Graduate/Undergraduate with technical Science.
- Skill: - System troubleshooting, Software installation, Networking.
- Install, configure operating systems (Windows/Linux/Mac) and working knowledge of Linux/Windows/Open Source Software.
- Installing and configuring software, hardware and networks.
- Problem-solving and multitasking skills.
- Working knowledge of office software and computer peripherals like printers and scanners.
- Resolving technical queries regarding hardware, software, networking issues.
- Able to visit customer location for providing Resolutions.
- Personal conveyance will be added advantage.
