Job Description

Hardware solution to Desktop, Printer Laptop and LAN issue
Need to check patches and updates of our client’s computers and laptops.
High troubleshooting ability and diagnose the critical issues.
configuration printer -Local and Network
Windows Server Installation and configuration
All kind of OS installation -reinstallation-upgradation with software like XP/Vista/Win7/Win8, Win 10 with H/W Installation and troubleshooting and configuration of outlook
Good knowledge of Antivirus (Symantec, Kaspersky, Macafee, Quick Heal, eScan, AVG etc...)
Good Knowledge of Wifi configuration.
Good communication skills.
Good customer interaction skills.
