Job Responsibilities: 

• Should be responsible for day-to-day operations of IT department
• Provide technical assistance to end-users on floor related to Systems and Servers
• Willing to work Level1 issues also along with Level2 and Level3 tasks/activities.
• Maintaining and troubleshooting Windows Server / VMware environment
• Building new servers, create VMs, Patching and maintaining compliance
• Handling incidents, tasks and activities; calls & provide technical support
• Managing and Maintaining complete Server's Administration, Backup's,
• Event and Audit Logs, Performance Alerts, Symantec Endpoint Protection Updates, Database Servers Backup's, Part of Induction program and more.
• Monitor emails and respond to the customer with effective solutions
• Follow-up daily on all the open incidents
• Escalating incidents according to SLAs
• Follow SOPs and prepare new SOPs on need basis
• Generating Weekly, Monthly reports on various activities, tasks, servers.
• Should have ITIL Process knowledge, Internal and External Audits,
• Knowledge on ITSM, ISMS, ISO standards.
• To be a responsible technical representative (POC) to GSS Clients and interact with them when needed.
• Should be a Team Mentor and a good team player.

Certifications Required: MCSA, MCSE, VMWare, or any relevant.
