Job Description
Roles and responsibilities:
- Remote Support for finding issues & resolving them remotely.
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure problem resolution and call closure.
- Diagnose and rectify Operating System & Hardware related problems.Installation & troubleshooting of Printers, Scanners and other peripheral devices.
- Installation & troubleshooting of Operating Systems(Microsoft Windows XP,Win 7)Troubleshooting network connectivity related problem.
- Installation and Configuration of Desktops.
- Troubleshooting Desktop Related hardware and Software Issues.Installation, Configuration and Maintenance of Antivirus.
- Configuration of Outlook and Outlook Express &Basic Troubleshooting
