Job Description
Required Skills:
- Freshers trained in US/UK Accent training is preferred.
- Candidates with US /UK Voice Process Experience
- Basic understanding in Networking, Desktop will be added advantage.
- Should have excellent Verbal and Written communication skills.
- Should be willing to work on 24/7 rotational shifts
- Submit requests on behalf of end users for hardware, software and application/server access utilizing provided tools.
- Allocate the logged calls to the appropriate support team (E.g. Desktop, Server, Network or Voice engineer).
- Helpdesk Operations management
- Follow up with engineers to ensure open tickets are handled and closed as per the process.
