Experience: Minimum of 3 -5 years experience in IT Help Desk Experience in supporting 1200+ users’ environment• Good verbal & written communication in English
Required skills:• Expertise in Windows, HP workstations• Basic skills in Red Hat Linux, Networking & G Suite• Expertise in remote support, and desk support for L1 help desk calls
