Job Description
1. Troubleshoot all types of hardware (desktops, laptops, & printers) and software applications (installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of OS, MS Office)
2. Handle the installation and configuration of Windows/Linux-based operating systems (Windows, Vista, 7, 8 & 10)
3. Install and manage antivirus products
4. Work on the installation and configuration of biometric devices
5. Configure and troubleshoot desktop/laptops for L1 level & manage data backup & recovery
6. Handle basic troubleshooting of networking LAN, WAN, basic installation and configuration of routing & switching
7. Handle call logging to ISP for LAN/WAN link & PRL line issues
8. Configure and troubleshoot network printers, scanners & local printers at the L1 level
9. Install and configure antivirus Cemen Tech & McAfee
10. Resolve tickets within the SLA which are raised from the end-user side, supporting through floor support/remote support & call support
11. Work on the deployment and complete user configuration of new and user PC workstation profiles utilizing Window 7 or 10 operating systems

1. Good experience in installing, configuring & troubleshooting MS Outlook 2007/10/13/16 or Outlook Express, Office 365 & IBM Lotus Notes
2. Good knowledge in IPV4 addressing, switching (802.1q, STP), routing (DHCP, RIP, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP), and also arranging networks during video conferences
