Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our IT Helpdesk Support team. This is a remote role that involves providing first-level technical support to end-users. Ideal candidates should have good communication skills, a basic understanding of computers and IT systems, and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities:-
Respond to user queries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.

Assist users with basic hardware and software troubleshooting.

Support Windows OS, MS Office, email clients, and common applications.

Guide users in resetting passwords and accessing company systems.

Log and track support tickets using helpdesk software.

Escalate complex issues to higher-level support as needed.

Maintain a clear record of issues and solutions provided.

Follow up to ensure problem resolution and user satisfaction.
