Job Profile

The delivery engineer’s role is to organize and manage all technical activities in dedicated functions. The position is a key role to roll out standard IT infrastructure and services.
Service fulfillment : Complete delivery tasks assigned by project managers and complete all service requests.
Standardization and compliance: Ensure compliance with standard for service requests. Follow practice of change management. Follow practice of other governance such as ISD framework and ITPM .
Technology ambassador: Act as a key communication window between engineering team and site OPS/application. Proactive communication cross regional teams. Deliver guidance and governance to site OPS and applications on topic of infrastructure standards and practice. Provide continuous feedback to DD Infrastructure Engineering teams
Implement VMware virtual environments.
Install, configure, and test operating systems including Windows servers and Linux.
Install, configure and test MS SQL server Databases.
Plan and implement system automation as required for better efficiency.
Oversees the development of customized software and hardware requirement.
Collaborates with Project managers and network team to ensure high quality deliverables within organization guidelines and procedures.
