Job Description
Core Responsibilities
Incident Management: Serve as the first point of contact for users via phone, email, or ticketing portals. Diagnose and resolve L1/L2 technical issues (e.g., OS errors, network drops)
Hardware & Software Setup: Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals. Deploy operating systems and business applications.
User Provisioning: Manage user accounts, access permissions, and passwords. Handle onboarding and offboarding procedures for new hires.
Network & Connectivity Support: Troubleshoot basic LAN/WAN issues, VPN configurations, and Wi-Fi connectivity.
Documentation & Asset Management: Maintain accurate records of hardware assets and log all service requests in ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
