Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Handle and support iPhones, SD cards, and card readers
Set up iPhones and Apple IDs for work use
Fix basic phone, SD card, and data transfer issues
Upload videos from SD cards to systems
Format SD cards after upload
Check devices before giving them to teams
Help ICs and Data Collectors when tech issues happen
Work with Inventory and Ops teams for device handover
Share simple tech instructions and updates with teams
Keep basic records of issues and fixes
Work in office with morning and night shifts

Skills Needed:

Basic knowledge of iPhones and iOS
Interest in IT and gadgets
Ability to solve problems and learn quickly
Can explain tech things in simple words

Goal:

Keep devices working smoothly
Avoid delays in data collection
Support teams with quick tech help
