We at Infojini have the following positions open for freshers:

Position: IT /Non-IT Recruiters Trainee

Experience: Freshers (Post Graduates)

Workdays: 5 days (Mon - Fri) 

Shift Timing: 6:30 pm to 3:30 am

Compensation: Rs.25000/- for Masters + Incentive + Free meal + Medical Insurance, Pick and Drop facility.

Who can apply:  B Pharma, M Pharma, Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology or Microbiology, Physics Chemistry, Agriculture, Botany, Zoology, B Tech (CS, ECE, Biotechnology).

Job Location- Noida 

 Required Skills in Candidates

 - Candidates with good written and verbal English communication.

- Knowledge of Pharma Skills is added advantage

- Willingness to learn

 Job Description

 ü  Source candidates using traditional and creative sourcing methods, including but not limited to referrals, networking, internal database searches, online searches, Internet postings, and user/technical groups.

ü  Screen and build a pipeline of candidates and provide a constant source of candidates for current and upcoming requirements.

ü  Establish strong relationships with consultants/contractors.

ü  Must be able to meet aggressive deadlines and targets; handle multiple high-priority requirements workload at any given time.

ü  Should be able to deal with the clients from submission till closer.

Students willing to apply will have to undergo three rounds of Interviews.

2. In-person interview upon selection
