Job Description

What Needs To Be Done?

To manage global system access calls through following structured processes, maintaining case records, liaising with relevant departments and ensuring all appropriate approvals and documentation is in place
To complete security / user access calls in a timely manner within agreed SLA
To ensure that access management calls are continually managed
To assist with and perform periodic audits of call logs, user access permissions and associated documentation
To ensure user based SOX documentation is maintained in line with policy
To create and track purchase orders through a centralised ERP system for IT business functions
To manage the Global IT recharge process and financial queries
To ensure SOX standards applicable to their location is maintained in line with policy

Strong troubleshooting skills and clear problem resolution ability
Motivated with a proactive approach to incident management
Ability to work under pressure and to manage changing priorities
Experience of following documented processes
