Job Description

Responsibilities:
•    Establishing Vendor relationships
•    Coordinating with suppliers to place orders and delivery
•    Negotiating prices, terms, and conditions of contracts with Vendors.
•    Follow up on AMC’s.
•    Coordinating with Suppliers for any repairs.
•    Gather and analyse user requirements internally, Send in IT recommendation to users
•    Process Purchase orders
•    Monitor inventory supplies
•    Processing invoice payments with Finance
•    Generating Asset ID sequence for IT Assets

Skills:
•    Proficiency in MS Office
•    Administration skills.
•    To be thorough and pay attention to detail.
•    The ability to work well with others.
•    The ability to work on your own.
•    Sensitivity and understanding.
•    To be flexible and open to change.
•    Excellent verbal communication skills

Qualifications:
•    Any Bachelor’s degree
•    Minimum of 2-3 years purchasing / inventory administration experience
•    Independent time management team player
•    Strong IT & systems knowledge
