Job Description

Job Description and Responsibilities:
Create and Deploy Marketing Automations
Collaborate with various teams to set up new automated journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Build WA, SMS, Email, and Push notification templates, configure APIs, and coordinate with the Cloudnine tech team for any required integrations.
Troubleshoot and test automation workflows, and monitor performance post-deployment
Create and execute bulk, non-automated campaigns if required Maintain and Enhance Existing Journeys
Work alongside the Cloudnine product and tech teams, as well as our Salesforce partner (WarpDrive), to complete and optimize ongoing automation projects.
Debugging and root cause analysis for reported issues with currently deployed flows
Campaign Performance Monitoring & Optimization
Track performance of active campaigns and journeys.
Recommend and implement improvements in content, templates, CTAs, and scheduling to enhance outcomes.
Reporting and Analytics
Generate regular reports on communication engagement and conversion metrics (ROI).
Analyze data to identify top-performing campaigns and derive insights into what’s working and why.
