Job Description
Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, deliverables, and milestones. Create detailed project roadmaps and sprint plans using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Requirement Gathering: Interact directly with clients to understand their business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and write clear user stories for the development team.
Team & Resource Coordination: Allocate tasks efficiently to UI/UX designers, frontend/backend developers, and QA testers. Monitor daily progress through standup meetings.
Timeline & Risk Management: Identify potential project bottlenecks, scope creep, or technical risks early and implement mitigation plans to keep timelines on track.
Quality Assurance & Delivery: Coordinate with the QA team to ensure thorough testing (functional, performance, and bug tracking) before software releases or client updates.
Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular status reports, managing feedback loops, and handling post-deployment support queries.
