Job Description
Team and Operations Management
Oversee daily operations and ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
Conduct daily call reviews and engineer performance reviews.
Act as an escalation point and resolve escalations from support engineers.
Lead and guide the operations team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Project and Delivery Management
Compliance and Reporting
Ensure compliance with contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and report them in monthly MIS.
Develop and maintain MIS reports as per specified requirements with verified data.
Ensure availability and compliance of Site SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), reviewing and modifying them as needed.
Conduct weekly/monthly reviews with customers and publish Minutes of Meeting (MOM).
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
Education/Experience: Graduate degree or equivalent qualification in IT, Computer Science, or Electronics, with 5+ years of IT industry experience.
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Microsoft-based operating systems and Mac systems.
Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills, problem-solving, and team & escalation management skills.
