IT Project Manager – Job Description (Relevant Exp: 7-8 Years)

Overall IT Infrastructure Support:

· Coordinate with Business User team to get customer scope of work.

· Design the IT infra set up for the entire project site with the help of Howe & Adani IT.

· Create detailed BOM for the procurement team and list of potential local vendors

· Do vendor management & ensure timely delivery of projects in discussion with Business users team.

· Develop detailed project tracker as per the template and ensure smooth execution

· Assist Head of IT Infrastructure in all HO based Strategic projects.

· Jointly develop IT Infrastructure & security policies with Network Specialist under the guidance of Head of IT Infra

· IT asset management

· Manage IT infra support

· Assist Head of IT Infra in a variety of technology

· Manage assets and vendor contracts for hardware used

· Manage SLAs with the IT Infra support vendor

· Manage customer IT expectations during Technology Implementation on site

Technical Skill:

· Experience in Windows OS installation, Application & OS Support.

· Providing L2 Network Support.

· Handling LAN/WAN related issues in coordination with LAN/WAN Support Team.

· Understanding for Network Protocols like VLANs, ACLs, Natting, SNMP

· Basic Understanding of Routing Protocols.

· IT infra set up for the entire project site with the help of in-house Network Specialist

· Create detailed BOM for the procurement team and list of potential vendors

· Assist the procurement team in product evaluation and vendor management

· Develop detailed project tracker as per the template and ensure smooth execution

· Managing expectations of senior business leaders and providing personalized support.
