IT Recruiter (2+ Yrs. Exp.) - Female Candidates Only Jobs in Jamnagar - Skynet Technologies

Number of Vacancies: 2 Openings

(Immediate Joiners will be preferred.)

Role and Responsibilities:

1)      Handling End to End IT recruitment cycle.

2)      Post technical job descriptions.

3)      Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes.

4)      Perform pre-screening calls to analyse applicants’ abilities.

5)      Draft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates.

6)      Maintain Candidate Database.

7)      Should close the requirement through Social Media, Job Portals etc.

8)      Ensuring onboarding documents are completed and processed.

9)      Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, Relieving and terminating.

Requirement:

1)      At least 2 years of experience in working with IT Service company. 

2)      Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.

3)      Hands-on exposure to using various job portals.

4)      Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

5)      Multitasking.

6)      Quick decision-making skills.

7)      Ability to meet deadlines for talent acquisition.

8)      Ability to work as an individual as well as a team

9)      Prior work experience in working with a company where HR policy and process aligned as per ISO 9001: 2015 quality standard would be added advantage.

10)   Self-Motivated and knowledge of Jamnagar and around are demography would be plus.

CTC: - 2 Lac- 3 Lac P.A
