Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a specialist in recruitments at Skill Transit to support hiring requirements across units, functions and for our elite clients from fortune 500 corporates.
Accountability involves functional hiring for Entry Level (0-2 year exp), Lateral Hiring (2 – 10+ years exp) Leadership Level Search and placements (12-15+ years of experience) and Campus Hiring (G-School and B-school hiring).

Responsibilities and Duties:

Graduation in Engineering with at least 1 year of Experience as an IT Recruiter, OR
PG / Master of Business Administration (HR specialization preferred), with at least 1 year of experience as an IT Recruiter, OR
Non-Engineering Graduate with at least 01 year of Experience as an IT Recruiter.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

Good Job Portal and social media recruitment exposure
Willingness to headhunt, Call and screen candidates on phone.
Short-list & Scheduling for eligible candidates for final rounds
Effectively using different recruitment channels both paid & unpaid sources like social media, LinkedIn, group chats, FB postings etc
End to end recruitment management
Must be able to build a long-term relationship with candidates and clients.
