Key Responsibilities
Requirement Gathering – Partner with hiring managers to understand job specifications, skills, and competencies needed for each role.
Sourcing – Use job portals, social media platforms, referrals, networking, and headhunting to source suitable candidates.
Screening & Shortlisting – Review resumes, conduct initial phone/video screenings, and evaluate candidates against role requirements.
Interview Coordination – Schedule interviews, share feedback, and manage communication between candidates and interview panels.
Offer Management – Negotiate compensation, prepare offer letters, and ensure acceptance.
Onboarding Support – Coordinate pre-joining formalities and ensure smooth integration of new hires.
Talent Pipeline – Maintain a strong pool of potential candidates for future requirements.
Recruitment Reporting – Maintain data on recruitment activities, candidate status, and hiring metrics.
Employer Branding – Support initiatives to promote the organization as an employer of choice.
