- As a IT recruiter, you will be responsible to search for profiles from the internet and in the available job databases.
- You have to call the candidates as per the requirement from the client and select the right profiles and send it to the client.
- Once we get the feedback from the client, you have to schedule the candidates and track the successful candidates and coordinates between the company and the candidates, till they join in our client company.
- Raise the invoice to the client and do the followup till we receive the payment.
- As the business comes more and based on the growth of the company, you will be paid performance bonus as per the norms.
