- Own the client requirements and delight the customer with quality & timely delivery.
- Ensure on-time & quality delivery of profiles with shortest TAT
- End-to-end staffing delivery (Sourcing till on-boarding).
- Execute multiple mandates
- Source profiles, screening them and engaging with the candidates
- Achieve monthly business & team targets and meet overall quality parameters.
- Build a world class delivery excellence centre to maximise on-boarding
- Consistently maintain high shortlist to interview to select ratio.
- Maintain contract rate cards for different IT/Software skills
