Job Description
- Sound knowledge of different technologies of IT field
- Expertise in recruitment. End to end recruitment for top notch companies
- Sourcing, screening, interview scheduling & coordination, negotiating compensation packages, etc.
- Should be able to get a pool of candidates, do the telephonic screening, and schedule the interview and follow-up.
- Should have had worked on major job portals & social networking tool and other classified job sites.
Key Skills Required:
- Excellent Communication Skills, good convincing skill, analyzing skill and market analyzing skill.
- Should be a team player who effectively builds relationships both inside and outside the organization.
- Should be a self-motivator and work as an independent contributor.
