Job Description
Strong Experience in End to End Recruitment Life Cycle.
Excellent communication skills
Having good judgmental skills.
Previous experience in IT Recruitment is preferred
Must be target driven and must be able to thrive in a time pressure environment.
Hands-on experience in using Job portals
Sourcing relevant profiles from a Job portal.
Screening and skills assessment as per the job requirements.
Knowledge of various Tech stacks or Technology preferred in IT recruitment
Scheduling, Follow-up, Coordination with the candidate to ensure show-up and feedback from the interviewer.
Develop and Manage strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
Work closely with Hiring Managers to develop a relationship and to understand overall needs and requirements
Coordinating with different levels of managers to ensure completion of the recruitment process.
Completing documentation process with the selected candidates.
Having knowledge about the IT Industry Recruitment Culture.
