Job Description
- Handling the complete recruitment life cycle from sourcing to joining of a candidate.
- Proficient majorily in handling IT requirements but should be able to handle non IT requirements too.
- Should have Worked on a whole gamut of technologies and profiles across all levels.
- Experience in handling both permanent and contractual requirements.
- Post openings as necessary and use social and professional networking platforms to identify and source candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to ensure a timely and effective recruitment process.
- Scheduling interviews and following-up with candidates.
- Follow-up with the candidates for Post-Employment Reference Check, Notice Period and joining date negotiations.
- Build pipeline of candidates and maintain regular contact for future positions.
- Coach Junior recruiters.
