Job Description
- Role: IT Recruiter
- Experience: 0.6- 8 years
- Handling end-to-end recruitment.
- Good understanding of Contract staffing & Permanent Staffing
- Should have good understanding in IT skills
- Sourcing profiles through Job portals, Social networks, Professional network, internal databases & references.
- Screening: short listing candidates sourced through portal (Naukri, Monster, Times jobs and LinkedIn) and validating them on their experience and interest on the role.
- Coordinate with the Candidates & Clients regarding interview schedules and other formalities.
- Ensuring that the candidate takes up interview without fail.
- Updating candidates on the feedback.
- Uploading resumes on client tool.
- Mass mailing & Job posting
- Coordinating with candidate till the offer letter release and onboard.
- Excellent communication skills
