Job Description:
  • Only 5 days of working(Mon to Fri)with flexible working hrs
  • Understanding about the client - his industry, company, culture, competition, requirement
  • Mapping the clients industry and competition
  • Sourcing candidates primarily by head hunting, referencing and social networking sites like Linkedin apart from using E-Resource tools like Naukri, Monster, job postings, Search engines, Social Networking Sites, and other advanced Internet search techniques.
  • Telephonically pre screening candidates to obtain position desired, pay rate, and location.
  • Sending suitable profiles to the client
  • Scheduling interviews for shortlisted candidates
  • Negotiating terms and facilitating acceptance of offer.
  • Ensuring joining.
