Job Description :

The technical recruiter should have knowledge of various head hunting channels.
Sourcing relevant profiles from various portals ,also expertize into multiple methodologies.
Well versed with Job posting, Mass mailing, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, negotiating etc.
Should be well versed on skills worked on, job descriptions and knowledge about Mobile, Web and Embedded technologies.
Maintaining database/reports/trackers and Coordinating with business partners and understanding the requirement.
Initiating first round of F2F interview/ Machine test/ Evaluation of resource background.
Should have working exposure into Permanent, Contractual, C2H, Niche skills, and lateral hiring.
Hard core target orientation, self-learner, self-motivated and aggressive personnel.
Should have experience working on MS Office, Outlook or any other ERP apps.
