IT Recruiter
1. Sourcing candidates, pre-screening, and presenting qualified job candidates to the hiring manager
2. Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
3. Screening resumes
4. Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
5. Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
6. Following up on the interview process status
7. Follow up with the candidates from the Interview process to the Joining process.
8. You are required to effectively, diligently and to the best of your ability perform all responsibilities and ensure results that meet company objectives.
