Graduate with 0 to 4 years of experience in IT recruitment
Handling End to End Recruitment process.
Look after the entire cycle of recruitment that includes headhunting or searching or sourcing potential candidates or scheduling their interview.
Sourcing candidates from various job portals, referrals, internal database and networking.
Short listing resumes by evaluating the candidates technical skills based on the requirements.
Keeping track of candidate for future references.
Excellent in communication skill.
