About Job:
Designation : Associate Consultant
Industry : Recruitment
Shift : 9:30 AM to 6:30 AM
Days : Alternate Saturdays working
Location : Perungudi, OMR, Chennai.
Required Skills:
- Convincing Skills , Good Communication
- Should have good candidate management skills .
- Good in using Social platforms to source candidates (LinkedIn / google Search etc.
Job Description:
- Understanding client requirements and accordingly execute a search plan for identifying potential candidates to fit the client requirement
- Source candidates using multiple sourcing channels including internal databases, job boards , head-hunting and networking
- Engage candidates for strategically positioning job opportunities and client organizations
- Counsel candidates to assist them in taking the right decision
- Understanding candidates profile to evaluate role fitment ( Screening & Shortlisting )
- Build and strengthen candidate relationships to be able to network and headhunt passive job seekers
- Manage scheduling and coordination related activities in the entire recruitment process
- Build and strengthen client relationships to be able to streamline and improve service delivery
- Take ownership for the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
- Conduct market mapping exercises regularly to assess the talent availability

- UG : B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical, Electronics/Telecommunication, Computers, B.Sc in Computers
- PG : M.Tech in Computers, MCA in Computers, MS/M.Sc(Science) in Computers, MBA/PGDM in Any Specialization
- Doctorate : Any Doctorate in Any Specialization, Doctorate Not Required
