Good experience in IT Recruitment, multiple technology exposures.
End to End Recruitment which will includes, Sourcing, Screening, Speaking to the screened candidates.
Sourcing through various popular job portals, social media & LinkedinMapping the Resumes against the Requirement and Match the profile of the candidate on technical grounds
Scheduling interviews with the client selected Candidates.
Regular follow up with the candidates till they join the client.
Performing reference and background checksMaking recommendations to client hiring managers
Excellent communication Skills.
