Job Brief:
We are hiring fresher candidates (B.E./B.Tech/BCA) with good communication skills for the position of IT Recruiter. The candidate will be responsible to handle end to end IT Recruitment for the client’s requirement. The candidate must be located at Delhi NCR. Candidate must have a laptop/desktop and WiFi connection.
Job Description:
Understanding the client's requirement and sourcing, screening profiles from various sources that suits the client's requirements.
Sourcing from various Job Portals viz. Naukri, Monster, etc.
Briefing Candidates regarding the Job Description, Company Profile and Career Perspective. Screening application by conducting the preliminary telephonic interview.
Scheduling the interviews for the shortlisted Candidates.
Responsible for hiring candidates for all levels Entry-Junior-Mid–Senior Management. Sending interview call letter.
Follow up until the candidate gets on board and closures have been made.
Maintaining a database of candidates called, rejected and offered for future requirement.
