We have openings for IT Recruiters (FEMALES ONLY)

ANY Graduates or Post Graduates can apply.
Training will be provided.

Roles & Responsibilities :

* Handling the complete recruitment and selection process, right from crystallizing the requirement specs to closing the requirements.
* Recruiting candidates for different positions for leading Global IT Companies
* Scheduling candidates for interview and walk in drive at various locations.
* Negotiates salaries/rate with candidates and negotiates pay rates with subcontracting companies
* Conducting Telephonic Interviews.
* Short listing and scheduling candidates for the technical interview.
* Preparation of various MIS reports weekly, monthly and quarterly.

Office timings :
Monday- Friday : 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Saturday : 9:00 AM - 1:30 PM
