IT Recruiter
Looking at candidates between 1-3 years of technical recruiting experience.
· Understand the Company requirements, define the job description, work with the hiring and sourcing team and obtain the right profile.
· Screen the profiles with the JD and take up the further process
· Schedule interviews with the hiring and technical teams
· Follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email. provide weekly reports
· Constant touch with the selected candidates till joining
· Maintain the database of candidates in the pipeline to meet our continuous requirements.
