Looking For It Recruiter for Techno facts.
- To understand the IT requirements of clients.
- Analyzing Searching, Calling, & Submitting consultant profiles as per
- Client requirements from different sources like job portals, references, networking sites etc. as required
- Sourcing & Pre-screening candidates based on the Job Descriptions.
- Scheduling interviews with shortlisted candidates.
- Timely follow-ups with candidates for status.
- To close the position.
- Experience recruiting from various domains
- Traditional and Out of Box Recruiting Strategies to close positions as per Client needs.
- Good understanding of both domains based and technology based recruiting
- Excellent Oral and Written communication skills
