Exp: 0.6-5 yrs (US/UK/Domestic/APAC/ Recruitment),
Shift Timing: 09:30 AM to 06:00 PM
5 days working
Job Location: Bestech Tower Mohali
Experience working with Direct Clients and Third Party Vendors / Implementation Partners.
Experience negotiating rates with Consultants and employers Search, identify and qualify all potential candidates through recruiting calls screening candidates for essential function/duties, work history, training, technical skills, salary requirements and negotiation.
Locate and identify potential candidates through the use of Job-Boards, social media, user groups/associations, candidate referrals, networking, etc.
