Responsibilities-

Around 3 years of Exp. In sourcing the Technical Profiles.
Exp. In working with technology areas like core JAVA technologies, Microsoft technologies, open source, SAP, Salesforce, QA & testing, Networking etc.
Exp. In sourcing the profiles by using job portals like Naukri, Monster, Internet sourcing, Times job, LinkedIn , Personal network, Referrals etc.
Exp. In recruiting candidates for domestic contractual staffing & permanent staffing.
Should be accountable for maintaining the TAT, quality and closures as per the targets.
Detailed analysis of the JD to understand the clients requirements.
Sourcing and screening of valid profiles.
Scheduling of the shortlisted profiles for interview and follow-up action.
Ensuring the joining of the candidate by effective planning.

Exp. In perm. & contract staffing
Salary 20K CTC monthly plus incentives. Salary can be raised for experienced candidates.
