Job Description

We are looking for candidates who have good experience in hiring for IT Clients on their various IT requirements or recruited IT candidates for any BFSI or any Industry.

This is a permanent role on our direct Payrolls with good experience in sourcing and recruiting for Domestic IT clients.

Job Description:

Seeking dynamic, smart Human Resource professionals, with proven expertise in sourcing, screening and shortlisting qualified candidates for various technical roles in I.T, Finance and BFSI. The recruiter should have the technical expertise required to be able to understand the job requirement for various IT roles of different clients across industries.
Responsibilities include:
 Writing and posting technical job descriptions
 Sourcing potential candidates on niche platforms
 Parse specialized skills and qualifications of candidate resumes
 Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities
 Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. technical assessments and behavioral questions) both offline and online as required.
 Coordinate with internal team members and external client hiring managers, recruiters and other stakeholders all through the recruitment cycle.
 Draft personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
 Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products
 Help navigate any negotiation over salary and other benefits.
 Using and updating the applicant tracking system dynamically.
Skill Set required:-
 Good understanding of Domestic IT Recruitment & IT Industry
 Worked on diverse positions on different Applications & Technologies.
 Hands-on experience in sourcing through social media e.g.Linkedin, Naukri, Monster etc.
 Self-disciplined and Self-driven individual
 Good Communication skills
 Any experience working with ATS (Applicant tracking System) will be an added advantage.
It's a Permanent Work From Home role on our direct Payrolls.

Exceptional Candidates with NON - IT Recruitment experience may be considered.
