Please refer below JD:
- Sourcing through various Job Boards/Portals, Social Networking Sites, through references as per the requirement specifications.
- Shortlisting the candidates through various modes like telephonic screening, technical screening,
- Checking the interest level of the candidate towards the Company and as per the requirement specifications.
- Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media etc.
- Understanding Salary fitment and taking care of salary negotiations.
- Follow-up with selected candidates to confirm their DOJ and keep the respective departments/ Clients informed of the same.
- Basic knowledge in data management (excel).
- Microsoft Office (should know basic excel).
- Should be able to manage multiple tasks.
- Should be target oriented/Capable of handling work pressure
