- End to end recruitment delivery: Sourcing, Maintaining correct source Mix, coordinating with schedulers, assessment gathering, Stakeholder management and offer release.
- Data management: Ensure candidate data and assessment results are maintained online systematically without deviating the process.
- Offer management: roll out the offers, coordinate with offer and onboarding team to ensure a smooth onboarding
- Candidate Experience Management: Provide best in class candidate experience through all candidate touch points
- Vendor Management Good to have basic idea on dealing with different Staffing Consultant.
