·         Sourcing relevant profiles from Portals, Internal Database, Mass Mailing, Referencing, competition mapping, headhunting etc.

·         Screening (telephonic & F2F) candidates as per the JD .

·         Briefing the candidates about the job profile, organization and benefits.

·         Scheduling interviews, offer negotiation and pre-offer formalities.

·         Coordinating and follow up with the candidates till they are on board
