We are looking for IT Recruiter to join their team.
What you- ll be tasked with
- Involved in full life cycle of recruiting including searching, qualifying, scheduling interviews, rate negotiation and closing. Collecting Requirement from respective Account Manager.
- Analyse the requirement and understand what type of person the client is looking for their opening.
- Searched and Sourcing potential candidates on job portals and also various Groups, free sites, and niche platforms, like Stack Overflow and GitHub by applying appropriate search strings.
- Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes
- Perform pre-screening calls to analyse applicants- abilities
- Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioural questions to determine their qualification and appropriate match with client needs.
- Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
- Promote company's reputation as a great place to work
- Responsibilities include submitting candidates to the client.
- Good negotiation skills are required to discuss the pay and close offers.
- Timely Communication with candidates regarding their qualifications and rate/salary negotiation, relocation, etc.
What you need have :
- Engineering degree from a good college or MBA preferred
- The successful candidate will have at least 1 to 3 years+ strong background in IT & Technical Recruitment , IT Staffing or Contract Staffing at all Levels.
- Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Skype and structured)
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- You will be self-motivated, determined and have a proven track record of consistently achieving target.
