Job Description:
  • ScalingTheory Technologies Pvt. Ltd., a fast-growing IT solutions company based in Trichy, is hiring fresh graduates for the position of IT Recruiter (Talent Advisor) for the domestic market.
  • We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with a passion for people, strong communication skills, and a desire to build a rewarding career in recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various IT roles.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and clients.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements.
  • Ensure a smooth end-to-end recruitment process.
Requirements:
  • Education:* Any graduate (Freshers welcome).
  • Skills:* Good English communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Attitude:* Positive, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Experience:* Not required (Training will be provided).

  • Work Hours: 09:30 AM – 06:30 PM Work
  • Work Days: Monday to Saturday
  • Shift: Day Shift only
