What We’re Looking For:
Experience in IT or technical recruitment / Non-IT recruitment
IT CTH (Contract to Hire) recruitment experience will be added advantage
Strong understanding of tech roles and skills
Excellent communication and sourcing abilities
Key Responsibilities:
1. Full-Cycle Recruitment:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions, from gathering job requirements to onboarding.

Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to define job descriptions, understand team needs, and establish hiring criteria.

Create and post job advertisements on various job boards, company career portals, and professional networking sites.
2. Sourcing and Candidate Identification:
-
Proactively source qualified candidates using a variety of methods, including LinkedIn, GitHub, job portals, referrals, social media, and Boolean search techniques.

Build and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates for current and future hiring needs.

Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases to organize and manage candidate information.
3. Screening and Assessment:

Conduct initial screenings via phone, video, or in-person to evaluate technical skills, experience, motivation, cultural fit, and communication abilities.

Coordinate with technical teams to schedule and conduct further interviews and skills assessments.

Provide constructive feedback to both candidates and hiring teams.
4. Candidate Experience and Engagement:

Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.

Guide candidates through each stage, from initial contact to final offer, including interview preparation and follow-ups.

Handle offer negotiations and ensure smooth onboarding processes.
5. Collaboration and Strategy:

Partner with internal HR, hiring managers, and leadership teams to develop and refine hiring strategies.

Provide market intelligence on salary trends, competitor hiring practices, and emerging technologies.

Track and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve the hiring process and reduce time-to-hire.
6. Employer Branding:

Represent the company positively in all interactions with candidates and external partners.

Promote the organization’s culture, values, and mission in job ads and during recruitment events.

Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment, and tech meetups to enhance visibility and attract top IT talent.
