- Build and maintain relationships with candidates to enhance company reputation.
- Engage with IT professionals through job fairs, webinars, and tech events.
- Develop strategies to attract top-tier talent in the industry.
5. Database & Reporting
- Maintain an updated database of candidates and recruitment activities.
- Track key recruitment metrics like time-to-hire and offer acceptance rates.
- Provide regular hiring updates to HR and management teams.
