Job Description

Job Position: Trainee -IT recruiter

Job Responsibilities:

He/she will be responsible for keywords generation and sourcing resumes of H1B Visa holder, GC in US market
Analyze the consultant resume and understand the skill set and check the market need.
He/she should Screen them to match the client and Vendor requirements.
Negotiate with candidates, extend offers, negotiate compensation and facilitate the placement of candidates.
Responsible for increasing number of qualified applicants in database.
He/she will get an modified resume and skill matrix of the consultant before sending it to the client and vendor requirements
He/She will be responsible to achive the daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly targets
He/she will make sure the quality of our company standards during recruitmnet are met.

Job Requirement:

Should have understanding on Software technologies. An UG degree with technical background will be preferred for this role.
Should have a high degree of learning and grasping skills to perform this role.
Should be a strong communicator in English and should possess strong negotiation and convincing skills to perform this role.
Should have an aggressive attitude to recruit people and achieve targets
Should be willing to work in US timing.
