Qualifications:

Candidates should have strong US IT Staffing & Bench Sales experience.
Should have Min 1-6 years of relevant US Staffing / Domestic Staffing experience.
Should have sound knowledge of US job sites (i.e. Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Indeed, Naukri etc.)
Should have strong knowledge on different tax terms like C2C, 1099, W2 with/without benefits, & OPT/CPT, etc.
Must have experience in W2 / Full Time Hiring.
Looking for Recruiters with Mechanical Engineering Back ground to serve our Manufacturing/Medical Device Domain

Should have good experience working on MS Office.
Strong communication and team management skills are required.
