Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with candidates and hiring managers.

Technical Recruiting Knowledge: Familiarity with key IT roles, technologies, and certifications. Understanding the hiring needs for different IT positions.

Sourcing and Screening Skills: Proficient in utilizing job boards (Indeed, Monster), social media platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, etc.), and other sourcing techniques to find the best candidates.

Negotiation Skills: Ability to manage candidate expectations, negotiate offers, and manage the hiring process effectively.

Organization and Time Management: Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization.
